Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

friendly staffshopping assistancecomplimentary coffee
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They addressed every request quickly. I received a free upgrade to a beautiful apartment! Great customer service includes assistance with shopping and complimentary coffee.
The elevator access to my room required navigating a few spiral carpeted stairs. This could be difficult for some guests.
